I paid $20 for food that was so poorly put together that I had to pretty much assemble the sandwich myself. The lettuce was all over the place. The cheese was barely on my sandwich and the chicken was disgusting. Maybe it was the particular Arby's that I visited because I've never had a sandwich like that before

Order was incorrect but was already home so didn't go back

waited 10 minutes at window for food when got food it was cold chicken bacon swiss was ice cold cheese wasn't melted once so ever on it and fries were like rubber must been sitting for a long time they were cold also.
