This one has a lot of issues. Device is always bad, food slow and not hot. We go to Arby's when close to one but so many have closed. Many they closed the wrong one???

Love the jalapeño poppers

We had a buy one get one roast beef sandwich coupon. We asked if we could upsize the sandwich that we were going to buy and pay the difference. The clerk immediately said no and was put out that we even had a coupon. Both people at the front registers were not at all friendly. We will not be returning to this Arby's!!!!

They forgot to make my order. When the manager brought out my food she handed me a sheet of receipt paper with a free meal next time and her name. Poor experience!
