The drive to see all of the animals was great and my kiddos really enjoyed it. The views are fantastic and feeding the animals was so fun. I am not eager to go back though because the staff was indifferent at best if not down right rude at times. We spent plenty of money there from tickets to feed to souvenirs and snacks for 4 people and honestly felt like they would rather not have us there at all. We are current members of the Dallas Zoo, Perot Museum and Houston Zoo along with visiting many of the aquariums, museums and parks throughout Texas. This was our first and only bad experience. A little customer service goes a long way. Maybe it was just an off day but this was unfortunately the only experience I can go off of for the park and its staff.
