Food was ok has been better. Service not as good as other places and could keep bar cleaner and fresher

Just wanted to get a gift card for someone.

The staff was great. However, the food options were not great, very small selection.

Food very bland and tasteless. Not clean. Silverware was dirty and had to get replacement. Staff unfriendly and unwilling to help. Didn't want to be there it seemed. Overall bad experience.

Have not visited Ryan's in quite some time and was very disappointed in the upkeep and look of the place. First, there were absolutely NO lights in the parking lot...none...it was pitch black outside. Over half of the red neon around the roof of the building was not working. I was shocked at how threadbare the carpet is. Everything is just old! Guests can see into the kitchen and this area looked dirty and unkept as well. Grilled chicken was dried out and not very good. Very disappointing overall.

We found a seat and waited for someone to wait on us. No one ever came, so we proceeded to the buffet. After a while I asked the greeter at the door if anyone was going to get our drinks so she got them for us. A male server told us that if we wanted to waited on that we would need to sit at the other side of the restaurant. We stayed sitting where we were and I had to refill our drinks on my own and get butter for my rolls from the server area. The dessert was old and hard and there were no bowls for the ice cream, and when I asked the lady at the dessert bar for a bowl, she simply said they didn't have any. By far the worst serving experience I have ever encountered. The food was good though, except for the dessert.

The Ryans in Tuscaloosa Alabama have the worst food ever. The food was cold and nasty. The fruit/dessert table wasn't ever fill then there was a sour smell by the food.
