Server would not help carry food to table.

LuAnn platter was a great deal. The broccoli was a little tough. I had to cut it with my butter knife.

They had advertised they serve breakfast til 11 so we went there and by time we got there, there was hardly anything left so everyone in our group wasn't able to order breakfast and that's why we went there. So I was disappointed in that. And my total was almost $30 for food that wasn't that good so it just got thrown away.

The food was great but your staff serving the food seem to hate being there. The "waiter" was counting his tips as we were seating ourselves. That was very unprofessional

Very limited variety of food for buffet. Mediocre flavors. Sam, our waitress, was very attentive and nice.

A good variety of meals to choose from. Good specials throughout the week. However at the Lake Jackson ,Texas Lubys the carpet in dining area was filthy. The bottom of my shoes kept sticking to it!

The restaurant smelled a little funny, and so did restrooms maybe a good cleaning or shampooing of the carpets might help ??
