Way too expensive, dirty atmosphere. Great food, though

Some food was cold and not very fresh looking

The waiter was ok. He seemed to disappear for long periods of time and we we wanted drink refills we had to ask him. The booth we were in was freezing! There seemed to be a draft. The food was fine except I found a fruit fly in the cauliflower. It had obviously not been rinsed well enough as I saw it after I cut a large pice apart. It took a long time to let our waiter know as he was gone again. We didn't ask to see a manager just that they remove the pan of cauliflower since there could be more. Any other restaurant a manager would have visited the table anyways. We were looking for anything free but a manager coming and acknowledging the situation would have been nice. I understand things like that happen.

bathrooms were not clean someone got sick and it was very gross

They are running a gift card promotion ($5 bonus card with every $25 gift card purchase) and we figured we'd take advantage of that but neither the cashier nor the manager knew anything about it and the email went out 2 days ago. That took a long time to figure out. The food was pretty good. They were out of salad bowls and soup bowls at the same time. Our server was either too busy or just not very good on general. We had to ask for every drink refill even if he stopped and our drinks were gone. Most of the time we had to flag him down to get his attention to ask for the refill. We've had much better servers there in the past.

It was tasty

The food was pretty good. All the employees were really friendly. They did have a problem keeping all of the food filled and ready. Had to wait for a lot of our favorite items.

Very good desserts

It's buffet food. It can only taste so good.
