Kids wanted to go. Food sucks. Wait staff was amazing. Server, food handlers, cashier all terrific

Some of the food didn't taste quite right, but most of it was good. The waitress was great, though!

Very good, but the waitresses were not attentive

Waitress did not come around for drink refill.

there are always empty food trays and you always have to wait until someone gets around to replenish the food..there should be more than one person trying to replenish all the foods so that people are not waiting at one station while someone is replenishing food at another station

We normally visit in Martinsbug wv, but were in Winchester, Va., very crowded, lines dirty table, salad was very watery. Waitress was wonderful though..

The first staff that you experience there is the "drink girl"and she couldn't be any more rude if she tried. after each drink we ordered she says "What else, what else" as if you're being rushed through the school lunch line. we definitely won't be back.
