Went on Thanksgiving which is one day where it would be slam packed and they were short staffed! How does that make sense? Food was ok but line was long and wait time to get TAKE OUT was not exceptional at all. This was at the Roxboro Rd location in Durham, Nc probably the worst one

The waitress never came to our table. By the time she came we were done. She never refilled out sweet tea, and she acknowledged tables around us but not us... Very disappointed.
