The sales assistant was courteous and friendly throughout the visit. There was no “hard sell” and we were left alone to discuss our purchase without any pressure.

I was in a rush and everything was purchased before the store closed in 15 minutes. Wasak the sales manager guided me around everything available & more. He applied a military discount (very grateful btw). I only came for a mattress, but left with a bed and pillow set too; all for a better price than I had anticipated for the mattress alone. I will definitely shop here again. Wasak is a definite asset to the experience.

The store was fairly quiet at the time of our visit. Myself, my partner, our young baby and my father visited in this instance. The staff were very kind, helpful and thoughtful when assisting us. During our visit, our baby became moody and we had to leave, but retuned shortly after she was settled again. The staff remembered us and assisted us that it was no issue she was crying, but also to ask if we needed absolutely anything to help with her soothing. This was very thoughtful and very kindhearted. We would definitely recommend Dreams to all friends and family.

We were welcomed into the store and we did n't feel that we were being pressured into making a purchase on the day.We were satisfied that we had made the correct choice with the helpful advice that was given.

My daughter and I arrived at your store and were greeted upon arrival and your shop assistant talked us through exactly the type of mattress we were looking for as we were quite specific in our needs. He was very polite and efficient but not pushy, we found one we really liked and proceeded to visit another store close by to weigh up the options. The other store had an equivalent mattress that was £974.00 so cheaper than the one we liked in Dreams, however it had a three week lead time and the sales woman was extremely aggressive and pushy in her sales approach. We left the store and returned to your store, where we had the same good service and proceeded with the sale. Very helpful and very nice chap. Would absolutely return again, i am just hoping that the mattress when it arrives is as comfortable as it was in the store.
