Francis, the customer service (sleep expert) who served me was very professional and super knowledgeable about my purchase needs, when discussing my order. Francis was helpful in explaining the bed frame and thoroughly explained my need to purchase a medium mattress (for my Granny (she has health issues - arthritis), who I was purchasing for). I was highly satisfied in the purchase process and his patience’s with me was completely commended. I would definitely recommend Francis to my friends and family - what a joy to buy a bed from.

From the mo ent we stepped into the shop we were made very welcome Upon our arrival we were asked if we needed any assistance Once we had chosen our beds we were shown the diffrence in quality and design on diffrent mattress and what suited me and my wife Very professional service

Our sales person, Kim, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Dreams' products. She took time to answer our questions, and gave us plenty of time to lie on each mattress. She had a very friendly manner too. She explained the components of each mattress we tried very well. She explained the Sleepmatic machine well, and we were impressed with the machine, as it highlighted our different requirements in a mattress. I have already recommended Dreams to a colleague who is looking for a new mattress.

The customer service within the store was phenomenal, Kim assisted with all queries and was very patient throughout.
