As I have not yet taken delivery of my new bed I cannot completely comment on my experience of Dreams as a company.

Guess I won't be able to rate you highly until I receive the bed!

I enjoyed the experience and the staff were helpful and knew their stuff that should merit good customer experience

Not everyone is perfect

Staff were fantastic but would have been highly satisfied if I could have got a better deal and thus the only reason for not being highly satisfied

Had no problems with the store staff were very helpful and friendly and helped me decide what I wanted ,will go back to the store in future if I want to buy any more bedroom furniture.

The team I was looking to buy was not stocked in the store I was visiting But came away with a sale item which I was highly satisfied with

Lack of assitance, the staffs do not approach you. I asked a member of staff to help us to choose a mattress he did not seem bother at all. Had to wait too long to place my order.

I went to a store and enquired about a mattress for my son, I shopped around and then came back .. anyway the gentleman we originally spoke to was sitting down and didn’t speak to us again,no eye contact nothing ! .. he sent another colleague who rushed the purchase through .. I was only purchasing a single mattress so I felt like then couldn’t be bothered !
