Disappointed we were still charged £39 pounds for delivery when we were spending £2550.

I felt the price was a bit to expensive

I was more than satisfied with the service, choice etc. of this store. I very rarely give maximum points in these surveys as I feel that there is always room for improvement.

We were highly satisfied because as soon as we walked into the store we were given the assistance we needed by Mandy who was very helpful which saved us time .We walked into the store looking for a new bed which we bought and we also took away a brochure as we saw some wardrobes we liked .

When I got back home and checked on line I discovered that delivery was free and I was charged £39 . I contacted the store and was informed that the £39 was for bringing it into the bedroom. When I was about to cancel the order I was informed that the delivery charge would be refunded within 14 days. This appears to me to be a way of making extra money from those who are not checking on line.

Not all types of firmness of mattresses were available to try

Visit was fine, Delivery (Thursday) was a nightmare, Was promised VIP delivery and installation. This was a joke, Driver and assistant just dumped the bed. They also damaged paintwork in hall. Phoned Dreams to complain and find out about installation. 40 minutes wait for call to be answered. Operator helpful and said he would try and sort it. Hour later Driver returned' He was brusque and quite rude said it wasnt his job and he had never done it He just ripped the plastic and plugged into the wall It wouldnt work and he left. On examination we found the base is actually upside down! Phoned Dreams again 30 mins in queue Operator saidd he would call back Friday. Never did. Went back to store Saturday. They could/would not help, Told me I must call Dreams OR ASSEMBLE THE BED MYSELF. Phoned Dreams told nothing could before Monday, The bed was bought for my disabled wife to ease her pain. At the moment she has no bed. We are totally disatisfied with the way we are being treated

Went to Renfrewshire store for a mattress. Guy in store stephen was very nice. Helped me with everything. Really nice people good service.. would shop there anytime.. also will be recommending friends to shop at dreams.

We spent ages deciding which mattress to buy with lots of help from the sales colleague John (code B310) wh seemed to listen attentively to our needs and helped us reach a decision we both were happy with. Then he went and ordered us the wrong mattress. It is all resolved now but we were pretty annoyed at the hassle and delay involved when he really should have known his product well enough to order the correct one in the first place.

free delivery advertised online is not available in store so decided to order online to save costs. however website was very difficult to navigate and would not accept a flat as the address. Contacted my local store and they were more than happy to help out, order placed in store without any issue and delivery cost removed to match online as I had trouble. Staff were very helpful and accommodating explaining everything as they went.
