The assistant was very helpful and in general the whole experience was what I would have expected. The only reason for not giving top marks was the slightly dated/dingy surroundings of the store.

When i was in i was talking with the store manager John and he told me specifically to go back and speak to him when i was making my purchase as he would do me a good deal. On the day of going back he was not in. So i returned the next day to be told by him that any of his colleagues could do the same deal as him. As i am not a mind reader i did not know this and only went on his instructions as to ask for himself. I found this to be quite rude as he then rushed off as his manager was in to see him!! I was left to deal with someone who really just wanted to take my money and get on with what he was doing. Not very good service...this coming from someone who also works in retail!

I was charged £40 for delivery even though it was free on the website.

I could not rate the product because I have not yet received the goods.

We were very satisfied with the knowledge an friendly service provided by the assistant David.

i have nothing to compare it with, but it was satisfactory for me.

As yet, I have not received my bed so can't say if it's satisfactory.

I was very impressed with the quality of service I received. The only reason for being "satisfied" and not "Highly Satisfied" was because of the limited choice of beds in the Black Friday sale.

The colour of the beds and headboard I wanted did not match.

Cant tell about the qualify of the product since It isnt delivered yet. Also delivery was almost a month away which I find too far away. Should be able to take the bed with you immediately or at least have it delivered within a few days. Delivery cost 39 pounds so I would at least expect a delivery service that suits my needs more than it suits the needs of the company. It is not great service if there are very limiting delivery days over a month away. Thats the only reason why I am not highly satisfied. Missed opportunity for Dreams.
