Again, overall we are happy with the service, and it is really picky to be questioning the delivery time, but we just wanted to be honest in our review.

It was a quick easy transaction, I needed a mattress I got a mattress, I am not sure how a shopping experience would reach the dizzy heights of being highly satisfactory.

Quite pricey

Only one member of staff on duty on the evening we attended but the staff member was apologetic and was very helpful to our needs and took time out to discuss all options open to us even although the store closed at 8pm.

I was wanting a new mattress, the shop sells them. I bought one. It was not rocket science.

Often feel in these shop that there is a bit of pressure selling rather than genuine interest in your needs and requirements

I was satisfied with our experience at Dreams today. The only reason I wasn't highly satisfied was because the high price of insurance (not taken) to cover the mechanism of the ottoman which then did not buy. There was also the "free delivery" which did not include assembly of the new bed. The cost of assembly was over 2/3 of the standard charge that you used to pay for delivery and assembly together.

"Free delivery" does not include assembly and non-availability of a complete bed set for our grandson's bed which would have been an additional purchase to what we bought on the day.

I would not normally rate any of these experiences above satisfied But I would like to say that we bought a mattress and tempur pillow and with the help of the assistant and took the traditional £85 and at no point were we told it was non returnable which an expensive mistake if not correct after 2mins trying it out. It turned out to be too stiff and after a few phone calls it was exchanged (in was only used for 2 hours as had to change it through the night. It was also protected while in use). The softer one is suitable by the way.
