Nice friendly staff but I found they were too eager too pursue a sale which I found the sales team to be under pressure as if being watched! Not their fault. Too much pressure put on sales staff to get a sale. Off putting as a customer...let the customer browse then decide. Management need to get the just of this! Sales team looking like rabbits staring into headlights very off putting & what makes this worse as a customer? I know the sales team are under pressure, sad so...sad management ticking boxes & sales team run ragged & under pressure from above.

We took purchases away with us so no delivery

Having purchased 2 mattresses from Dreams I saw other stores, both high street and online, selling the same, or higher specification matressrs for considerably less than I had paid.

Paula the assistant was very helpful knowledgable,about what we required.Explained all theoptions available as well.She was very pleasant to deal with.

We were disappointed that a clearance mattress will take 4 weeks to deliver. Even the assistant was surprised.

Francis was a very helpful man who was able to recommend & show us several matresses that would suit our requirements.

I provided 2 forms of i.d and the credit agency took nearly 2 hours to reach a decision. my husband had to go home to get our marriage certificate as we had recently been married. The sales assistant had to call the credit agency twice to chase them up to make a decision.
