I think there is always room for improvement.

All round experience very high just spent more than planned to!

Delivery time slots should be included within the price. Removal of old mattresses/beds would be highly beneficial.

Disappointed by delivery delay

it takes a lot for me to be highty satisfied but overall i was impressed and satisfied with my experience in the shop

Have yet to use mattress purchased and as such am not yet sure I’d advice given in store is correct

Francis had IT issues after the IT system crashed which resulted in him working after his hours. Nothing was a problem to him but I felt bad that he had to work late to complete our order. His Service was great.

The finance system you have must be really complicated cause the staff there was going back and forth in their computer screen to try and complete the order. we spent 45 mins just to complete the order.

Store was very busy Had to wait some time to do paperwork Was well looked after by staff though

In reflection I was probably a bit harsh in not selecting the highly satisfied tab, as to be fair I am.
