Seems expensive and long lead time for mattress delivery.

I found it difficult as there was such a good choice! It’s a lot of money to spend and it was difficult to make the correct decision!

My experience was satisfactory. I knew what I was coming in for as I had looked online and just wanted to select a mattress. I tried a couple. The shop was not overly busy but lack of computers gave us a wait for one to be come available.

Order placed on line but no follow up. After 3 weeks went on line to check delivery and date changed. Called customer services next day to be told I would need to cancel the order and receive a refund!! Called the local store and the manager could not help more and located the item for me in a store and I collected the same day. Online system - RUBBISH In store people -FANTASTIC

The bed we were purchasing is a moveable bed for a chronically ill person 4-6 weeks delivery is just to long for this type of item. The price put on the extras for this item were very high Delivery, setup, disposal when clearly this item is for a person with a diability, feel this is pretty poor customer service. These people will have often no choice but to pay these extras just think you need to relook at your costs here as we both know its no more than a twenty minute or less job. Its a very costly experience for vulnerable people.

Lack of stock

Highly satisfied is a highly desirable scoring - not sure if this is merited on this occasion. Dreams fulfilled my needs, in the respect I wanted a product, Dreams sold and had in stock the product, at a rice which looks reasonable (product still to be road tested) Long way to go

would have been good to have the bed in stock.

Because they wasn't enough single bed to see. Just double that comes in single form

Were not offered the chance to try the bed that tell you whether you should have a soft medium or firm bed.
