I was satisfied with my treatment ny your staff but I think your delivery prices and recycle prices are a bit high

Assistant allowed me to try out the mattress topper before I bought. I would otherwise not have made the purchase as it was completely packaged up and did not know if it was suitable.

The advisor was very knoledgable about the products and extremely helpfull

We couldn't fault the level of service that was provided to us. The Dreams sales woman, Margaret was very helpful in providing products to try and understanding our needs, her knowledgeable about the product was impressive.

The girl that served us was very helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly for me not pushy. You could try out the mattresses - I would not buy a mattress without first trying it.

It was our first time we bought from dreams, very satisfied with service we received and would recommend dreams to all our family and friends

We found a great bed and couldn't believe the price. Margaret helped us. A lovely, friendly employee and a credit to Dreams. We didn't feel pressured into making a decision and we weren't followed around the store as we had experienced in the other competitors stores we visited. She knew exactly what she was talking about. The store had a really good atmosphere too .

Very easy from start to finish. Salesman was called Francis and his knowledge was exceptional from picking the correct bed frame to suit our budget right down to the most important part of picking the correct mattress which was comfortable for me and my missus. Even had a tea and coffee not long after walking into the store ! Spot on !
