Had everything I could need in one store

The store was warm clean and welcoming and the assistant was very informative regarding what types of mattress would suit. I have a medical condition which affects my back and find it hard to get comfortable. The assistant was very patient while I went back and forward before choosing my matress

A nice easy process with a knowledgable salesman made it very straight forward, especially with the children present.

I found Francis to be really knowledgeable about products. He took time to understand what i was looking for, offering great value for money. I never felt any pressure to buy, would definitely return

Rebecca engaged with us as soon as we entered the store on our first visit and talked us through the colour coding ensuring we found the mattress that suited us. When we returned to the store a week later to make our purchase, she remembered us and our choice of mattress. She was engaging throughout talking through the benefits of mattress protectors, changing your mattress every 8 years, turning your mattress to prolong its life etc. All in all a very good experience and I will certainly visit dreams when buyinf any beds, mattresses in the future.

The attendant Stephen at the shop in Renfrew (B310) was very professional, knowledgable and helpful. He made the entire process of choosing what we required less complicated than I had envisaged. I was delighted with the entire experience in the Dreams shop and hope that the delivery and assembly if the bed will live up to my expectations.

The gentleman who assisted me instore was very helpful and friendly but did not push for a sale.
