David our sales assistant from Dreams at Paisley branch was excellent, courteous and helpful in his knowledge of the job and what bed I was willing to purchase. The shop was amazing, staff were friendly and knew their job inside out. I would recommend Dreams to my family and friends through the excellent service that I received. Thanks Dreams !!!

I felt that the service we received was excellent with the shop assistant very knowledgeable of the products we needed and gave us advice during the purchase of the products we needed.

This is the second time i have purchased from Dream as I was so happy with the service and bed I bought i few years ago I returned to buy a new mattress. The staff in the store were so welcoming.Made me feel at ease to walk about and offer any help.The assistant Francis helped me find exactly what i was looking for, very efficiect and i very nice ,cheerful manner.I was offered a lovely cup of tea.All the paper work was done and i was so surprised and happy how quick my mattress was been delivered.Very Satisfied with the whole experience.THANK YOU

I have a minor disability which requires me to use a walking frame, and in some situations this clearly irritates the Sales Assistants I am dealing with. Francis, the gentleman who served my partner and I on this occasion, was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable, and showed an understanding of my predicament which made the experience of shopping at Dreams a refreshingly pleasant experience. He clearly had a thorough knowledge of the products available and took the time to recommend the most suitable mattress for me to go with, for want of a better expression, the "hardware" I was purchasing. My partner was also making a purchase at the same time and Francis offered her the same level of care, assistance and attention to detail that he had shown to me. All in all making the entire experience a pleasurable one. He is a real credit to your organisation.

The shop manager Derrick was professional knowledgeable and friendly. He listened carefully to my requirements. Explained all the prices and delivery terms in a clear and understandable way .

We were very impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the assistants. They had a quiet confidence about their products and the level of service they could offer and we didn't feel pressurised at any point in the process - in fact we enjoyed it.
