The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful and the overall sales experience was good. The shop looked like it could do with a lick of paint and a bit of a scrub. I've seen more welcoming and warming decoration in a funeral parlour.

I had researched the type of bed I was looking for before my visit. The beds I chose on line (Dreams website) were not on display so I couldnt physically try them out and had to go for other product. I am bad sleeper with arthritis condition so was important to me. Your colleague, once I explained showed me beds similar which I could try out, but the technical information given wasn't great. He left me alone to lay on two different mattresses to try them out at length, it was funny but something I had to do as didnt want to waste my money. Thank you for the month try out period when installed on my bed, which I was relieved was an option. Not highly satisfied after the read up and research of trying out the mattresses you produced on line in the showroom. Also, the technical details given about my two chosen mattresses didn't overwhelm so in the end took a good guess by having a 5 minute lay down to judge. Overall, services was good. Hope I have chosen the right mattress...

The employee serving us was a trainee and whilst she was very polite and managed to find an answer to all of our questions, I feel she could have been better supported by other members of staff who were present as when she didn't have an answer to our question she had to go off to get an answer. This is no reflection on the trainee she was doing really well. In my opinion a more trained member of staff could have walked round with us and the trainee and been available for her to turn too should she need the help.

The price quoted was for a king size mattress when we ordered a double. We payed, then the salesman realized the error and we are now waiting a refund on our credit card.

Staff were helpful and friendly, and offered refreshments, which was a pleasant surprise. Spent about 30 minutes trying different mattresses but the staff were not pushy, just helped when asked and gave further information when required. A pleasant experience.

We came in for a mattress and left having purchased one, until we have actually used it then we may be "highly satisfied".
