The music in the store was extremely loud , similar to being in a night club , not relaxing at all. So I found myself having to raise my voice to talk to my partner , whilst buying a fairly sizeable purchase . Happy to buy the bed , but very happy to get out of the store as well. Sunday morning 10 .15 am should be a chill time . Saturday night 9 pm is party time , if that’s your cup of tea

I found the bed I was looking for online. Went into branch to order. Very good service. Order placed promptly. I haven't rated highly satisfied simply because I have not yet received the bed yet. Order is due in March when I hope to be highly satisfied.

The ordering process on computer way too complex. A mistake was made by missing off extended warranty on one part of the bed. If I hadn’t spotted I wouldn’t have been cornered in the event of an error. In addition I have had to pay extra than the bill generated to adjust for error. I had written a very balanced review as the member of staff was really welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. This site only allows 1200 characters which is way too restrictive.

Up to 1/2 price sale but there was no discount on our product

We visited this store as it was the last few days of the Spring sale however the bed we purchased had no discount!

We have ordered a tv bed and I don’t think the assistant went over the technical details enough.
