Just thought with spending £1700 on a bed and mattress they would have thrown a mattress protector or a couple of pillows in for free. The guy was very adamant on not giving anything away.

Martyn the staff member was on his own and we waited 20 mins as there was 2 others before us , he was so professional and offered us water and apologised, he spent time with us and helped us choose the right product for us . We have chosen Dreams many times and will return although the mattress I picked was very expensive I found believe you should do something for pensioners and returning customers .

Martyn the staff member was on his own and we waited 20 mins as there was 2 others before us , he was so professional and offered us water and apologised, he spent time with us and helped us choose the right product for us .
