I paid £399 in store for my mattress showed my friend online the mattress to see it was £319 feel like I’ve been over changed for going in store to buy instead of online. I wanted to go in store because it was my first time buying a mattress

Expected more products to be in showroom. No clear obvious sectioning/ grouping of products. No offers to buy bedding at reduced rate when spending nearly £1400 didn’t feel as if we were getting a bargain.

Lee was brilliant in helping my husband and I but we did want to use 30 months free finance to pay for £1500 of the cost of the bed mattress etc to spread the cost. Unfortunately we completed all the forms but when submitted it said the finance offer was no longer available. Lee called Barclays who instructed him to re do it abs resubmit which we did yet still it didn’t work. At this point I just wanted it sorted so paid the full cash price instead but was left a little disappointed I couldn’t benefit from the interest free period on offer.

I was entirely satisfied with my experience at Dreams, the only drawback was the fact that the item I wanted to purchase was not in that store and I had to order by looking at a computer screen
