I found the sales assistant who served us gave us time to choose what we wanted without being rushed into something we didn't want he also didn't hover over us while we made our choice He answered all our questions and I found him very knowledgable

Chelle was lovely, she knew exactly what I was looking for and took the time to offer me better value mattress, we were offered tea and coffee while we were making out purchase and the staff had a laugh with us. Really lovely guys. We had a bit of trouble finding the store but other than that, it was a great visit and I walked away with a lively new bed and mattress for less than £700. Be sons for beds tried to charge me £700 just for ta bed frame that wasn't half as nice.

Staff friendly and honest. Not pushy. Informative. listened to needs . Hopefully I will be as pleased with my product too.

On entering the store, we were greeted by Dean the sales advisor. He introduced himself and asked if he could help my wife and I. Whilst explaining the options open to us, he asked if we'd like a coffee to which we replied "yes please. That would be lovely". What a nice personal touch that was. Rare nowadays to find such accommodating sales staff in shops. We decided on the bed/mattress/headboard we needed and Dean processed the order very quickly and gave us a delivery date to suit our needs. Overall, a very efficient sale, and we recognised that Dean is an important asset to Dreams. 1st class service all round. David Kelly

The staff at the Hornchurch store were exceptional. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant shopping experience. I went thinking I would just browse and look else where but he staff were so helpful and friendly I bought there and then. The staff at this store are a real asset to your franchise!

The staff member (Lee) was extremely attentive to our needs - providing information on the available products I would emphasise whilst Lee was attentive he got the balance just right in terms of we did not feel pressurised to make a purchase We left the store to check on measurements and returned circa 1 hour later to make our purchase with Lee.

The customer service from Chelle was amazing, she is friendly and helped us secure which bed we wanted - Which we are very pleased with.
