Michelle was very helpful in aiding us to select a mattress for the differing needs of myself and my partner. she talked us through all the options and was extremely pleasant, she even made my children feel welcome which also put me at ease.

The Store Manager who served us took the time to really understand our needs as customers and ensure we were making the best possible decision regarding the beds we would need as individuals. We are in the process of moving house and he took the time to ensure that the delivery would be as fast as possible and made this aspect really easy for us!

I found the service form Chelle very good, she explained & demonstrated everything really well. Her and her collegue were very friendly & helpful and helped us choose a bed that suited us best.

Chelle went over and beyond to understand my disability needs and personal choices. Even though products were not readily available she researched and enquired and made it possible for me to have exactly what I needed. Very friendly and made me a cup of tea, did not rush us. It was clear that she placed my value as a person above that of trying to get a sale only and this made me feel as ease, relaxed and want to buy from this store. I have every confidence of great service here and would highly recommend the store and in particular Chelle. Thank you.

Because the staff were friendly, professional and very helpful in assisting us and helping us to find a bed to suit our needs.

I was highly satisfied with my Dreams experience due to the 2 members of staff who made it so. Dean was the gentleman who delivered a good service in so far as his knowledge of products, courtesy and professionalism whilst dealing with my order. The other female member of staff in the store was kind enough to offer me coffee and the 3 of us interacted well throughout my visit.
