Staff are helpful. The store is small so looking round is easy and staff,Chelle, gave me full attention. She made sure I was happy to order before going ahead which was good and meant there was no pressure.

The whole experience was easy

We were very welcomed on entering the store and offered coffee immediately then left to decide which mattress I was going to buy and given any information I needed.

I was very satisfied with the service I received, I found the bed I was looking for,and was able to try different mattresses. The sales lady was very helpful and explained everything to me about my choice. Also the delivery date fitted in with my plans nicely. All in all everything was just fine.

The friendly approach of Chelle in Unit C 270 - 272 Hornchurch store the way she gave me time to browse the furniture and not constantly hound me. Chelle answered all my questions in respect of the products and l would definitely recommend this store and in particular her service to others.
