Friendly staff and knowledgeable

I really appreciated the service. We were offered tea and coffee when we first arrived. I was asked what I was looking for and then given options. We were then left to take some time and try out mattresses and pillows which was nice as I didn't feel rushed. Martin was very thorough in making sure I understood what I was getting at what price. I was particularly impressed that I was able to mention the name of the frame I wanted, which isn't in stock at the comfort branch, and Martyn knew exactly what bed I was referring to and the options available

Staff were helpful and understood what i wanted and showed me a choice of the type of mattresss i required.

Variety of beds to choose from and good customer service

Welcoming and friendly staff. Listened to my requirements and dealt with my order swiftly. I was highly impressed ten out of ten .

Staff were unobtrusive but very helpful. Martyn gave us a variety of pillows in order to try the various beds. He also gave us lots of helpful information. The order was completed quickly and efficiently.

The young gentleman was very helpful and made my purchase very easy.

Lee was extremely helpful, lots of products to try and Lee was very knowledgable

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted and made feel as welcome as possible, left to browse the store and selection of beds at my own pace also learn about the difference in your selections of mattresses. When needing more information I felt comfortable asking for the advice, and received a well knowledged answer which I was happy with- therefore leading me to purchase the bed and mattress which was best suited to me. The service provided was extremely appreciated and now I'm having the best sleep I've ever had!
