Dreams - Romford

On arrival we wer greeted by your very friendly staff and then allowed time to browse. We were offered and hot drink while we looked around. When we were ready Martyn, our salesperson, took us to the sleep match machine and then explained all the possible options it had chosen for us. Martyn was very knowledgeable and explained about the different types of mattress but did not push us to any particular one. He allowed us to make our own decision. Once we had chosen a mattress, Martyn then helped us to choose a bed. Again he was very knowledgeable and allowed us to make our own decisions. We then chose some pillows and Martyn explained the different types and their qualities. The ordering process was very quick and easy and all the options were explained in full. The delivery time was also very quick which we were very impressed with. We were very satisfied with our experience and would definitely use Dreams again.

I knew what type of bed I wanted and was shown the ones which fitted my choice. Each one was explained with the differences pointed out. Very professional and easy to understand. I did not feel pressured at all and felt comfortable at all times was a little dubious going in on my own but felt at ease immediately

Lee (sales rep) was very friendly from the minute we (my son & I)walked into the store. He was very informative & very confident about the electric beds. He helped me try out the mattresses explaining about the guarantees & the differences helping me to make the right choice. Once we established what I was looking for I was offered a cup of tea while I had a look around. He was funny, polite & respectful of my needs
