Dreams - Romford

This was my very first visit to a Dreams store. I was warmly greeted by Rebecca who also assisted me throughout my visit. She offered me refreshments twice but politely declined. She exhibited good knowledge of the product, tried to accommodate my needs and advised me on the full range of prices and payment plan options. She gave me plenty of time to test the mattresses and understood what I was looking for: a balance between quality and affordability. She was patient -as I was very undecisive- and extremely helpful.

From start to finish, the support we got from the martyn in dreams was quick, smooth and satisfying. He made us feel at ease and assisted us in choosing our pillows and mattress protector. Thank you so much. It was greatly appreciated.

I was made a lovely cup of tea and given plenty of assistance during my visit. I felt comfortable, listened to and valued as a customer. I was Served by Martin at the Romford Hornchurch store. I would shop here again.

I arrived 30 minutes early but was seen straight away. I felt I had his complete attention he entire time. He was very helpful and explained everything fully.

Good service by salesman ,assistant given when needed, knew product and explained about product.

Very good customer service from Martyn, used the high tec! Bed thing and was shown several beds which fitted profile. Ended up buying a mattress and 2 pillows. Hope they arrive on the delivery date! Thank you

From walking in the store we were met by the sales assistant who took us through the type of mattress we might like. Very satisfied with everything.
