there was a problem with the computer system at the finance company and we waited over 40 minutes waiting for the re system to come on line. the in store staff made 2 phone calls. but were unable to speed it up. we had to complete the order over the phone the next day.

I was satisfied with the bed as its what i wanted. I basically looked at it myself and chose it. The salesman who placed my order only took the order. The whole time i was choosing a mattress he didnt even get out of his seat. Once i knew the one i wanted to buy i bought it. There was no customer service. I could have done the whole thing myself

The staff is very helpful but the bed and mattresses I bought is so expensive compared to the offers I see on tv and newspaper. I went to dreams because I also buy my beds and wardrobe from there I also have introduced my mum to dreams where she spent over a £1000. I was expecting a less price don't know why it's too expensive.

It was ok in store , it looked a bit messy in store , standards etc , this is probably because I am frim a retail background . Only one assistant in store , who was ok but not really engaging or motivating to make me purchase , he just seemed a bit bored , he was helpful I guess bit just didn't wow me to recommend ,

although the product knowledge was good, the Staff lied about prices. I feel i was deceived. I ended up cancelling my order. Honesty and principles are very important to me. When we tried to cancel the order, a woman from head office told us more incorrect and false information to prevent us from cancelling.

I am an FCCA - a professional accountant with my main home without mortgage and two other buy to let properties. YET just because I came back to the UK after a spell working abroad - ie I was not physically in the UK for the last 3 years I was turned down on finance !!! All other stores and banks - I found out later - were willing to give me credit. Ridiculously rigid terms!! No overall assessment of creditworthiness considered!!!!!!!
