Dreams - Romford

I was not highly satisfied due to the fact I have nothing to judge this against. I needed a bed and had to get one fast.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff , not in your face but there if you got any questions. Store open on Sunday. Placing order was easy and delivery was free of charge within 3 days.

Unfortunately although Dreams was advertising a big sale none of the items I ordered were included in the sale.

Staff were excellent but the receipt for the bed did not show the discount that we received and it made it look like we paid full price for bed

Some products are a bit too expensive, especially mattresses and it's not very obvious why it is so and what are the particular differences between mattresses that make them so expensive.

Quick easy service

Its a new store and not easy to find as only small banner on road outside.

experience was good there was no high pressure sale - had there of been I would have left the store

I felt there was a lack of products on display in store. The store was very small so very hard to manuver around other customers.

although the salesperson was obviouly only doing his job, i find it annoying when they are continually trying to sell more to me.
