Chris worked hard to understand our needs, propose options, and find suitable products. When he didn’t know, he asked colleagues rather than guessing or making up. We were given excellent 1-to-1 attention, and he was very friendly and personable at all times.

I got exactly what I went to purchase & as an added bonus there was 20% off also was asked about the mattress cover & rec a free mattress protector & ended up buying a further mattress protector.The 2 sales assistants were very pleasant & helpful too.

The customer service we received from both Emma & Ashley was second to none. We went in to view the products but were so impressed with the advice and guidance from Emma & Ashley along with the fantastic prices of the items we made a purchase. I believe us purchasing there and then is a reflection of the confidence we were given in the products due to the service and information we received from Emma & Ashley. I have already recommended to several people and look forward to returning to the store in the future.
