Chris, our store sales advisor, was really friendly, knowledge and helpful. He wasn't overly pushy, gave us lots of useful information and helped us find the right bed at a reasonable price for our daughter's bedroom.

Emma explained everything i needed to know about the memory foam mattress & about the storage of the ottoman base & about the repayments.

I knew more or less what I wanted when entering due to online research with other providers, I was surprised to find the store open before the official hours which was nice. Upon entering I explained what I was looking for and was promptly given a selection of appropriate options. Being a bank holiday weekend there was an offer on the mattress so I paid less than I was expecting. The bed I could of got similar for marginally less but from an online only agent and some reviews suggested inferior quality so it was nice to see and test the bed and mattress first. I was happy to pay a small amount extra for the divan with the peace of mind the bed would definitely fit my existing bedroom furniture and was of a good quality.
