Always room for improvement but overall a good store with friendly staff

This store is very small and feels closed in not much display space or room for displays of accessories pillows etc Staff very good, but shop a little gruby /hard used .Location poor not good for passing trade . Shop seemed very quiet/under used.

I was hoping to see all the possible choices of bed but we had to view some of them on the screen

Would have liked a Saturday delivery - which was mentioned at the time of order. The Sales person was unable to book a Saturday delivery for us in the near future - had to wait 2 weeks from placing order to mattress being in store and Sales person was unable to pre-book a delivery. Resulting in time off work mid week. Delivery slots could be more specific - i.e. would like to know the 2 hour window on the day before delivery.

Assistant was great. However I cannot understand why I have to pay two delivery charges for one delivery of two beds? Both are coming in one lorry on the same day so only one delivery being made. Offered to collect from the store but told as they weren't in stock we would still need to pay delivery charges! Assistant rang Ben who said no store would have two beds in stock. Come on Dreams, play the game. Finally got the delivery charge reduced after debating wether to purchase, was told 50% but got home, we live in Cumbria about two hours away from the store, to find not a full 50% had been discounted. Your comments would be appreciated!

The sales woman in the Warrington store lied to me when I showed her the mattress I was looking for online on your website, she showed me to one in store to try it out. Having taken the mattress home it’s clear she showed me a very different mattress which was a much higher quality than the one that I took home. Having opened it when I got home and waiting for it the expand I feel I have been conned and lied to to make a sale. Which is stupid because I would have paid a lot more for a better mattress as this one is a budget, thin, low quality one. And that’s not what I went in for. If she had advised that the one I tried was more, I would have bought that one.

on 30th Sept I ordered a single bed frame + mattress, and while we were there we ordered a king size mattress as part of the overall deal, the salesman also offered a set of free pillows... total £906. Both mattress's were delivered, and we took the pillows on the day, unfortunately I didn't check the order and the single bed frame was missing off the order. I've had to order the bed frame separately at and extra cost £179 and looking at the order...the free pillows cost me £20 ! so... not very happy with the Dreams store .... never again !

I dont know why its saying i wasn't satisfied as i was very satisfied with my experience .
