Quite a small store. Not a lot of choice in the type of bed I was initially looking for but found a solution with the help of a very friendly advisor.

Highly satisfied implies an 'above and beyond' level of service. The service was good and efficient and therefore i was satisfied with the outcome

The store was slightly outdated & beds did not look clean. Took a while to understand the offer. Then after agreeing sale felt there was lots ofor added extras eg a bar as part of the bed for added strength.

As you go into the store there is a great description of the different types of mattresses so we knew what to look for. However the colour coding was not easily noted on the individual beds. I had to ask the assistants which beds were code blue or red. She said some of the sale signs obscured the signs. It was not obvious also at first that the colour of pillows on some of the beds matched the colour code of the mattresses. It would be helpful to specify on your big colour code board where you can note this on the individual beds when walking around the store.

I had made a previous visit specifically to ask about lead time on the product I wanted. When I came to order, times more than doubled.

The store is very clean and welcoming, I have not entered highly satisfied as there is always room for improvement. I would like the option to collect the furniture rather than having to pay for delivery and arrange a date to wait in, having an option to collect at my own leisure would be a very nice to have
