It is a small store and it was very busy when we walked in. we did have to wait 10 minutes before someone was available to speak to us but when she did come over, she was very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful.

I will be able to answer that when I have tried my new mattress, as far as the store and staff were concerned I have no problem.

We were offered assembly but not advised that there would be a cost until we were presented with the final invoice.

wasn't really shown any bed frames similar to the one I was buying to see what it would be like

WE HOPED FOR A FEW MORE CHOICES OF THE SPECIFIC ITEM WE WERE LOOKING FOR IE;COLOURS, PRICES AND DESIGNS

We are satisfied but have not yet had the bed delivered which is why I was unable to select highly satisfied, although everything sounds great upto now the test will be the first nights sleep in the new bed

I had visited previously to establish that the type of bed required was available in store and returned with my wife who wanted to try the beds and make a choice. Amanda was friendly and helpful on both occasions . Choice seemed to be limited to the ranges on display and my wife was able to make a choice though the delivery timescale was longer than that indicated on the first visit which may have been due to the items chosen. Price was above what I had anticipated and whilst some additional discounts were applied I would have hoped for more.

I was highly satisfied! My only disappointment is that I was so pleased with the product and the help that I received- I forgot that I could have got 9% cash back with quidco and saved myself over £50 had I ordered online instead 😥

Quite expensive for extras such as pilllows
