the salesman Toby was very efficient and advised me very well allthe staff were very friendly

The sales adviser was very knowledgeable and friendly and did the best deal he could for us. Felt very welcome and at ease.

Delivery time of 5 weeks is longer than I wanted and the end of bed blanket storage box is not available in the dark grey fabric, only silver.

I didn't place an order so couldn't judge this aspect

I do not expect to be totally ok as long as the experience satisfies price will always be more than intended!

I never give a 10 out of 10 or highly satisfied rating as there is always room for improvement in everything we do

The staff were pleasant courteous and very helpful, could not really fault them. The lead time for an item of nine weeks was more than expected and slightly disappointing that is not the staff fault. And in the main I did not want to spend a lot of money but was out voted by my partner. I found the labelling combinations very difficult to follow, Ie the type size mattress plus headboard, plus bass, king-size, super king. There was no descriptions just sizes and values. And no idea how they combined to gain an overall realistic price

Thought that there was a limited head board choice
