The lack of pressure to buy but still really helpful. I was looking to add a bed to my Dads house but hadn't had time to measure up to be sure if double bed would fit but the staff were really helpful, mindful of what I wanted and my priorities - cost and speed delivery. Happy to write everything down so nice I'd had chance to check I could phone in order with all details- though in fact I did it in person.

All of the staff were very approachable and made us feel very relaxed and confident with our purchase. We were offered a hot drink and had a good chat to the store manager (he is getting married on the same date as us in august this year!) so it was overall a very comfortable experience and we feel confident that the bed and frame that we purchased will be of very high standard. Ben who was our assistant on the day was extremely professional and helpful during our visit. Many thanks :)

The Dreams assistant was very good at explaining the different types of mattresses and let us try the mattressss. that we had short listed as long as we wanted. I found a mattress within the price I wanted to spend. Very good experience and will recommend Dreams to anyone wanting to buy a bed complete or mattress. The mattress will be delivered to my chosen date. Thank you.

the sales man Neil must be the most calm and knowledgeable person l have ever met he must have spent a good hour and half with me , l must have drove him up the wall l couldnt make my mind up , but he was very very patient , but all his good work paid off also Nick the manager came over and gave us good advice about the pillows very helpful thank you guys

I needed a bed that day as my mum was coming out of hospital. The dreams colleague Peter could not do enough for me. He managed to get me a bed from another store and got it delivered to my mums address that afternoon. That was first class service. I bet know other store could do this at the time limit I had. Thank you so much. Well done dreams.

i was high satisfied with my vist to the store staff were very helpful and the person who helped me pick my items of bedding neil was a great help , i would tell all my friends about the store and tell them what great service i got from the staff . great shop to come back too .

I only bought bedding but the staff were amazing and not pushy at all, I will be going back to get my bed from there
