The staff were very friendly helped my get the right bed for me and very understanding because at the moment I am suffering with a bad back there was no rush to find the mattress to suit my needs

Very good customer service from Nic. The team in the shop were very tolerant and helpful with our 2 young children who were running round the shop while we were trying to concentrate on looking at beds

Ben helped us to secure a mattress we required at a price we were happy with. He had an excellent balance of keenness and helpfulness, without pushiness or indifference. Assistant quickly understood our needs and guided us through the various options available to suit our needs in a professional manner.

We had one on one service with help from the store manager also. We got a fantastic deal, in fact we went in for a new mattress and came out with a king sized bed all for a price we couldn't believe!!

the service was straight forward and knowledgeable. we only wanted a single mattress for very occasional use and assistant understood this and didn't try to 'up sell' too much. we also wanted to pick it up directly to avoid delivery charge which wasn't easy for computer system to deal with but a satisfactory solution was found.

Nik& Toby were very helpfull and they did every thing to helping me find the wright product for me& sorting out the delivery date ASAP for me thanks mr Mcnally
