Friendly staff, very attentive and knowledgeable of your products and listened to our requirements. not at all pushy and allowed us with their input to come to a happy decision on what bed to choose. Overall a good experience and left happy.

The staff and store made me feel very welcome and valued, really friendly, proffessional and knowledgeable. Order was placed efficiently and staff were very personal in their service.

Neil was very friendly and willing to help. He didn't make us feel rushed and was able to guide us in making our choice of headboard for my daughters room. He also provided us with details on how to apply for our free tempur travel pillow which I have subsequently ordered online. I would definitely return to this store as he made us feel very at ease.

All though the shop was under going refurbishment the lady that dealt with us was very helpful and very apologetic for the way the store was on the day.

I went in with no idea how many variety of beds there were but I have a very bad back and the staff were very patient and understanding and pointed me in the right direction to hopefully a good nights sleep

There were a team of amazing people in this shop! The store manager was helpful and friendly and seemed to activly encourage a friendly open, and fun place to shop and work! Each and every colleague in the store helped us with our purchase at some point! It has been a few years that I have left a store feeling like a customer should feel! I work in retail as your store colleagues now know as they took the time to get to know me, and i would kill to have those colleague in my business! I would return tomorrow, but I believe the team travel from Llandudno! I guess i'll be making a longg trip to the new Llandudno store once it has been built to ensure that team serves me again!
