Very Attentive, knowledgeable staff ... with a sense of humour making the purchase an enjoyable experience .. despite parting with money !

This was the third bed store we had visited today, the customer service was by far the best in comparison with the previous stores visited. The staff were very helpful and very informative , which resulted in our purchase today.overall we were highly satisfied with the service. Many thanks to Dan the salesperson and also to Toby the manager. We will definitely visit the shop again, and would recommend the store to our family and friends.

The sales assistant Rhiannon was really attentive to our needs and helped us navigate the different products in store without pushy sales tactics. A real asset to the store

The sales person "Neil" was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products including giving advice on the best type of mattress.

Store Manager was friendly and really helpful in finding the right frame, mattress & pillows at a price to suit our requirements.

Informative customer service and did not feel pressured but knew where to ask for help when needed

When we found what we liked staff were very helpful and happy to assist also offered us refreshments .

Left alone for long enough to try most of the mattresses and when we needed assistance our salesman was polite and knowledgeable
