Very friendly, patient and helpful staff. Having recently bought a mattress elsewhere which I found I could not sleep on, staff member Neil was patient and knowledgeable, making me feel confident to order from you. The price on offer was really good.

We visited the store previously to actually placing our order, we knew exactly what we want and when we were approached by a member of staff and we explained we already knew what we wanted he listened to us, he wasn't trying to sell us the most expensive thing he could find. His name was Ben (I think) and was absolutely brilliant. He let us try the mattress we wanted, gave us a great deal and a really prompt delivery date.

I am extremely pleased with my mattress and pillows, so much so, I woke in the night and felt like ringing them up to Thank them for helping me choose such a comfortable mattress ha ha. Ben helped me and my husband lift in the back of our van, nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous staff! Lots of knowledge, excellent customer service and genuine. Great experience.

We had Ben who assisted us. I found him to be very helpful and informative. I could see that he tried hard to give the balance between assisting and giving us space to think and discuss. Which ultimately led us to make the purchase.

Dan listened to our needs, which included fast delivery and then identified that there was an item in the storage area that could be made almost immediately available for us which fully met our requirements
