The fella we felt with was lovely really took time with us

Ben was very helpful and encouraged us to try out the beds, he made us feel welcome but didnt push us for a sale as I would have walked away if he had. We have used Dreams before and would use it again in the future. Very good experience .

Neil, the store assistant, was excellent. He catered to our every need, without being overbearing. His knowledge and advice when choosing a suitable bed and trying out the mattresses was invaluable and gratefully received. He gave us assistance when we needed it but also the space to browse when we needed it too. In addition to this, the staff were very welcoming, offering us beverages as we entered the store. Also the sale prices of the items made them a great deal, especially as we were not charged any extra for a Saturday delivery.

The whole Team in Warrington couldn't be more helpful. The took time to understand the needs of my dad which are quite specific due to ill health and went out of their way to meet his needs.

Neil was superb. helpful, but not in my face. a great salesman. without him i would have maybe left and looked elsewhere and weighed up my options but he was helpful in a way that i didnt feel pressured and was happy to impulse purchase

Upon entry at the warrington store we were immediately greeted by a friendly Rhiannon and offered a drink whilst roaming. We were allowed to look around until we need advice which was on hand straight away from Ben. They were both equally helpful knowing our requirements and placed the order straight we. Very happy with the way in which we were dealt with by both members of staff and would return for any further products due to there personal attention.

The salesman really helped me out, and gave me honest and reliable information about the products I was purchasing. And he really made it a good deal for me-as price was a factor when buying the bed and mattress. We also needed an earlier date for delivery, that was coming up on the system and him and his colleague (as she then delt with the enquiry the day after) really helped us and came back very quickly will good news that she had been able to sort the date to what I wanted/needed. So great customer service there for both colleagues.
