I was highly satisfied with my experience as the staff were very friendly and were approachable! I didn't feel pressured into buying a bed there and then! Neil (the sales consultant) was very polite and had a good sense of humour and answered any questions I had and more importantly knew the answers I needed. While my order was being processed the store manager offered me and my friend a hot drink! thankyou to dreams Warrington for a successful trip. I would highly recommend this store. Ps, it was a lovely cup of tea!

Got everything I was after. Just wish the Delivery fee was included in the items price if there's no option to collect.

Sales person was extreamly informative and friendly as well as being very professional by explaining all the details expected . My wife and I did not intend to purchase a bed at this first visit but the sales person( Neil) helped excellently so e we maid a purchase.
