Very highly recommend this shop . The shop assistant was very good and knowledgable about the items we wanted , as we wanted a pocket sprung mattress as my last bed I bought which was also from dreams has been brilliant for my back , so I wanted a mattress that could do the same and Neil the assistant advised on the product that we then bought

Store was well laid out and I liked the information as you entered about the different types of mattresses. I went to the tempur ones as they were similar to the ones I had considered. I laid on the beds and was waiting for a family to move from the other bed in the range when I was approached by a lovely friendly member of staff , jackie! She listened as I explained about using pillows to get comfortable on my current mattress and supported me through my selection with comments and explanations. Once I had decided to buy the process was calm, quick and professional and I felt the level of customer service of was excellent. A really positive shopping experience and I can't wait for the mattress to arrive!

Service in store was great and found what we were looking for

When we first walked in the shop we was welcomed and told if we need anything to give them a shout. Then we was left to walk around and look at items at our own free will with no mither or pressure to but anything. As soon as we found what we was looking for we asked for assistance they come straight over and helped us out in a professional manner with lots of back ground knowledge of the product. if only all shops was like this.

From walking in with little knowledge of the products I was shown what was best for me and not just the most expensive item so I was happy to pay what would give me great satisfaction for the next few years I will keep the products .

I had just bought a new home and needed a good value but fantastic quality the staff spent plenty of time giving me and my partner options so much so my family are purchasing for their refurbishment house

The assistant (Neil) made us highly welcome in store and was very courteous He listened to our requirements (new mattress and headboard) and showed us various options available He explained the delivery procedure, arranged collection our old mattress Overall, highly recommended

Michelle the store manager was extremely helpful and informative. She gave us enough time to consider what we needed but was available when we needed help. We felt important as customers, she is excellent.

Manager very friendly and knowledgable and even though we were already thinking of purchasing a certain mattress she advised us she had one available that she could discount as it was a cancelled order and saved us a good amount of money.
