The assistant was really helpful and knowledgeable. We made 2 visits in a 2 month period before we settled on a purchase and on both occasions the staff were brilliant.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Even though we couldn't try the mattress we bought, the staff found us a very close one to try and told us about every little difference them two could have and assured us we could exchange the mattress if we weren't happy with it. I also like the price promise if we find the mattress cheaper elsewhere we would get the difference back plus another £10 off. I did try to look for this mattress on the internet but didnt find cheaper one anyway.

I visited the store the previous day to view available products with no clear intention to purchase but after speaking to your staff member Rhiannon, was impressed by her knowledge and understanding of the products and her advice. I returned the following day and Rhiannon was available to offer further advice and I went on to purchase the bed and headboard. She arranged delivery at our convenience and explained about the 40 night comfort deal. A very satisfactory experience.

We took three children with us who were very active around the store. Both the assistant who dealt with us, and her colleague Michelle were very understanding of our needs to not have the kids run riot while we tried to decide what we wanted to buy

They could not help me enough,i will only shop for beds again at this store, please thank them both from me & my wife Jeanette,she had the best sleep at home for a very long time,10/10-24/7,i ham so happy to say,it's my time next,we have our own bedrooms because my wife is working in a nursing home & i'm a state pensioner,we will be back,xxxxxxxx

The staff were determined to provide us with exactly the right bed for our needs and spent a great deal of time with us during three visits. Even providing us with hot drinks while we were there.

I was given help and advice in choosing the product that I was looking for. I did not feel under any pressure to buy. I was able to try the product and several others to enable me to make the correct choice. I was told of additional products that were available to me, some of which I did purchase. It was quick and easy to place the order and I was given a choice of delivery times to suit me.

The people at Dreams were very kind and I had their attention every time I needed. Also had enough privacy when I was just looking around the shop. Every question I had was answered and explained. I am very satisfied with this experince at Dreams.

Jackie was so helpful, stayed back when we browsed and helped when we asked. She even made my mum (85) and I a lovely cup of tea. She is a lovely lady - what shops need.
