The staff, both Michelle and Neil where very welcoming,friendly,knowledgeable and made both my wife and I feel relaxed. I was even made a cup of coffee and offered a mince pie, I can honestly say that it was a truly excellent service and both should be commended on their customer service skills they are a credit to your company and I have no doubt if the rest of your teams took a minute to reflect and deliver a similar experience then your company can only go from strength to strength I would be grateful if you could pass on my wife's and I thanks to Michelle and Neil Thank you Jayne and Mark Wood
