In a lot of shops sales persons like to pounce on you and this can make you feel uneasy, at this shop we were asked if we needed anything and to ask for any assistance and then left alone. Perfect!

Michelle spoke to my husband when he called to check whether a particular divan was available in store and she was most helpful. We called into the store later that day and dealt with Michelle. She made us a coffee and we were able to discuss our needs with her. She made several very helpful suggestions and made the purchase very easy for us. We would definitely use the Warrington Dreams store in future and would like to highlight Michelle as being an extremely professional and personable salesperson.

Our Sales manager was Michelle. She was smart, polite and very knowledgeable of the products and services available. She also sorted us out with a 20% discount as we bought around the Christmas period. So gave us the boxing day sales price. She also said there was a price match guarantee and you would not be beaten. She offered us extras like pillows quilts and mattress protectors and what not. Even offered us a coffee twice saying we were welcome and felt unhurried. Brilliant all round really.

As soon as we entered the store we were wellcomed and asked if we needed any help . We said thanks but we are just looking they said just let me know if there is anything you need to know . Within 5 minutes we found what we were interseted in, Neil the sales guy came over straightaway and explained about the product which was so helpful, we then chose the one after his advice on a product that was the s I was offered a drink Neil made me a coffee . In all we was in there about half an hour treated very well happy with our visit and purchase today , thank you Angela Capper

The staff were excellent, she listened to what I was looking for and I told them the mattress I wanted (zen) which they informed me is no longer available but they showed me the equivalent and also, showed me the alternative gel filled mattresses so I had options to consider, couldn't have asked for more

Your shop assistant Neil was vey friendly and polite and helpful.

The member of staff who served me was extremely helpful but not too pushy. She provided excellent customer service and went out of her way to ensure I received the products I wanted for the budget I had.
