Jackie was helpful without being pushy and was understanding of my requirements

The sales advisor, Neil spent time demonstrating the product and obtained information about a product that was not available in store that was in the showroom but was available on-line. He also advised on mattresses for the beds I wanted to buy.

Very impressed with quality and price, and the store assistant was more than 100% knowledgable, friendly, polite and helpful, did not put any pressure on us to rush the choice of our purchasel

We were highly satisfied with the experience. We received Prompt acknowledgement on entering the store. Michelle listened to our specific requirements and gave good advice accordingly. We also like the fact that we were not given the 'Hard sell' and were given a range of products in the price range we were looking at.

We were told about deals on entering store then left to browse being told if we needed help to just ask. When we had narrowed our choices between 2 beds assistant came and went though everything with us on both beds allowing us to choose best one for our needs. Very friendly very helpful but didn't feel badged as you do in some shops.

Good knowledge from staff and very helpful

Michelle was great, left us to look around but gave us all the help we wanted when we wanted it.

We were attended to as soon as we entered the store. Michelle took time to explain the pros and cons of different products. We were allowed to try different pillows and matresses which was benaficial in helping us choose what was best for us with the added knowledge of Michelle.All in all a good shopping experience and with in our budget ....thanks
